Youth Council President
Leo G. is the President of the Polaris Youth Council and also serves as Vice President – Chess Club, leading the Leo Chess Club. The President reports to adult advisors and Polaris Education Foundation.
• The single chief officer of the Youth Council; sets vision and annual goals and chairs council meetings.
• Oversees all Vice Presidents, each of whom leads a club or program portfolio.
• Serves as the council’s representative to adult advisors and the Foundation.
• Makes final decisions on council initiatives and resolves conflicts.

Each Vice President leads a club or a program portfolio and reports to the President.
• Dance & Performance — Yelena L., Barbie Dance Club (club president)
• STEM & Robotics — Ginny Z., STEM and robotics programming
• Chess Club — Leo G., Leo Chess Club (also the council President)
• Arts — Sofei Z., Harmony of Hearts art program
• Media — Chuyi C., council communications
• Finance — Suphia H., council fundraising and finances
